Processing of the Investor’s personal data
The investor is informed that in the context of his subscription, IMPACT PARTNERS is required to process personal data concerning him. The personal data is provided directly to IMPACT PARTNERS by the Investor, at the time of his subscription and during the life of the Fund. This includes the following information: surname and first name, home address, tax residence, telephone number, e-mail address, photocopy of passport or national identity card and bank details (bank account statement), tax identification number.
The processing of the investor’s personal data is necessary for the execution of the subscription form. More specifically, IMPACT PARTNERS processes this data for the following purposes

To enable the subscription, issue and registration of the Investor’s Units;

To carry out calls for funds and distributions;

To carry out notifications, requests, demands or other communications in relation to the Regulations, and ;

Communicate to the tax administration the data relating to IFU, CRS and FATCA declarations.
The personal data of the Investor is communicated to: Employees and managers of IMPACT PARTNERS only insofar as they are necessary for the performance of their mission, Judicial, regulatory or tax authorities for the purposes of combating money laundering, Business partners and subcontractors, for the purposes of managing the relationship with Investors.
The personal data thus collected are kept for the entire life of the Fund. Beyond this period, we keep part of the personal data for the longest time necessary to comply with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the Investor may request IMPACT PARTNERS access to data at their personal nature, rectification or erasure of them, limitation of the processing to which they are subject and their portability.
The Investor may also object to the processing of his personal data. To exercise these rights as well as for any request relating to the processing of their personal data, the Investor is invited to contact the GDPR manager, Anne-Gaël Vercken, at the following address personnaldata@impact.fr.
Complaints handling procedure
In accordance with AMF instruction No. 2012-07, the processing of complaints will comply with the principles of transparency with regard to the customer, free of charge and objectivity.

The management company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of ten working days from receipt of the complaint, unless the response itself is provided to the client within this period. Unless duly justified special circumstances arise, it will respond to the customer within two months of receiving the complaint. In the event of a persistent disagreement, the client may contact a mediator, including the AMF mediator.

Management of conflicts of interest
In accordance with the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, IMPACT PARTNERS has implemented a policy for the prevention and management of conflicts of interest. The objective is to prevent, identify and manage situations which give rise or are likely to give rise to conflicts of interest that could harm the interests of investors. The conflict of interest prevention and management policy is available on request from the company’s head office at 22 rue de la Pépinière, 75008 Paris.
ESG criteria
IMPACT PARTNERS has realized the need to take social, environmental and corporate governance (ESG) issues into account in its investment policy. Extra-financial criteria have in particular been incorporated into the investment process of the management company. Respect for these principles attests to our desire to align our practices with best practices in our sector of activity. IMPACT PARTNERS has also made a commitment to adopt an approach that respects ESG criteria within the management company and the companies held in its portfolios.
