Specialist in digital accessibility and disability
Urbilog works on websites, mobile sites and specific apps of large public and private accounts. It makes them accessible to to both employees and customers with disabilities. The president of Urbilog, Mathieu Froidure, is himself visually impaired.
Its subsidiary Compéthance is recognised as „Entreprise Adaptée“ (a company adapted to disabilities). It enables jobseekers with disabilities – particularly those with autistic disorders – to transform their difficulties into opportunities. Since 2017, the company has trained 3 groups of 10 people with autism or motor disabilities in web development. It has therefore developed a partnership with the company WebForce3. Compethence hired people with autism for the needs of its computer service centre or for the management of its client relations.
